Ingredients

1 Cup Bunalun Organic Gluten Free Oats or Gluten Free Muesli With Dried Fruits & Seeds

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

1Β½ Cups milk, plant-based drink or water

1 Tbsp Bunalun Organic Honey (Optional)

Β½ Cup Bunalun Organic Frozen Wild Blueberries

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until combined. Cover and store in the fridge overnight. In the morning, divide into two jars or bowls and top with nuts, seeds, or coconut flakes, if desired. This is a very tasty breakfast on the go!

For those who like a warm breakfast on those chillier mornings, this can also be heated gently to create nice, warming bowls of goodness!
