Mango & coconut Overnight oats

Ingredients

1 Cup Bunalun Organic Gluten Free Oats With Mixed Seeds / Original Oats

1.5 Cups of Bunalun Organic Coconut Drink / Milk of Choice

1 Tsp Bunalun Organic Honey / Maple Syrup

1 Cup Fresh Mango, Cut In To Bite Size Pieces

4 Tbsp Coconut Yoghurt / Natural Yoghurt of Choice

method

Mix the oats, coconut drink and honey in a container and refrigerate overnight. Place the mango pieces on a plate and refrigerate overnight also. In the morning divide the ingredients between two containers (we use our pasta sauce jar for a larger portion and our mustard jar for a smaller portion), starting with half the mango pieces, then the oat mixture, then the yoghurt and finally top with the remaining mango pieces. Pop the lid on and head out the door!
