Tagliatelle is long, flat ribbons of pasta shaped into nests, made by traditional methods using bronze die No. 190. This creates the perfect texture for holding onto creamy sauces. It pairs particularly well with Bolognese sauce and cheese-based sauces, or simply enjoy “al dente” along with one of our Bunalun Organic Italian Tomato Pasta Sauces.
