WE WERE DELIGHTED TO BE ASKED TO COLLABORATE WITH IMAGE MAGAZINE, IRELAND TO WORK ALONGSIDE RECIPE DEVELOPER, FOOD PHOTOGRAPHER AND STYLIST KATIE QUINN, THE LATTER OF WHOM WE HAVE WORKED WITH FREQUENTLY THROUGHOUT THE PAST YEAR FOR BOTH RECIPE AND PHOTOGRAPHY CONTENT.

After 12 years working and living in Sydney, Katie returned to her native Dublin last year and for image magazine’s december edition, she devised a beautiful Christmas lunch menu inspired by all things Aussie and Irish. The food uses traditional irish food often eaten at this time of the year but she put a twist on them to lighten thing up.
