WILD BLUEBERRY & CHIA OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Bunalun Organic Gluten Free Oats or Bunalun Organic Gluten Free Oats With Seeds

1 tbsp chia seeds

1½ cups Bunalun Organic Rice or Bunalun Organic Oat Drink

1 tbsp Bunalun Organic Honey (optional)

½ cup Bunalun Organic Frozen Wild Blueberries

METHOD

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until combined. Cover and store in the fridge overnight. In the morning divide into two jars or bowls and top with nuts, seeds or coconut flakes, if desired. A very tasty breakfast on the go!

For those who like a warm breakfast on those chillier mornings this can also be heated through gently to create nice, warming bowls of goodness!
