On The Hob - Serves 2(Preferred method of cooking)
Add 80g of Bunalun Organic Gluten Free Porridge Oats and approximately 440ml of milk or cold water into a saucepan. Bring to the boil and cook briskly for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring all the time. Continue to cook for a further 2/3 minutes for a softer consistency if preferable. Cooking time will be reduced if oats are soaked overnight.
In the Microwave - Serves 1
We recommend that you use a deep bowl and allow over an inch at the top of the bowl for the oats to expand. Add 40g of Bunalun Organic Gluten Free Porridge Oats and approximately 220ml of milk or cold water into a deep bowl. Do not cover. Microwave on high for 3/4 minutes. Cooking times vary according to microwave wattage. Leave to stand for 1 minute, stir briskly and serve.
