Soak 100g of red kidney beans in 500ml cold water for at least 12 hours or overnight. Drain & rinse well. Place the soaked beans into a saucepan with 500ml of cold water. Bring to the boil then turn the heat down to a simmer & cook for 50-55 minutes, until tender. Drain well, rinse & use as required.
COOKED Storage Instructions
Once cooked store in an airtight container in the refrigerator & consume within 3 days.
Store in a dark, cool & dry place. Use the resealable tab to help keep product fresh.
