(These are guidelines only)
No need to soak. Rinse lentils well before cooking. Place 100g of lentils into a saucepan with 500ml of cold water. Bring to the boil then turn the heat down to a simmer & cook for 8-10 minutes, until tender. Stir regularly to prevent sticking. Drain well, rinse & use as required.
COOKED Storage Instructions
Once cooked store in an airtight container in the refrigerator & consume within 3 days.
Store in a dark, cool & dry place. Use the resealable tab to help keep product fresh..
