Ingredients

1 cup Bunalun Frozen Berries

1/2 cup Bunalun Coconut Milk

1/2 cup Greek yoghurt (or dairy-free alternative)

1 tablespoon Bunalun Honey (optional, for sweetness)

Ice cubes (optional for a colder smoothie)

Fresh mint leaves, to taste

Place the Bunalun Frozen Berries, Bunalun Coconut Milk, Greek yoghurt, honey (if using), and a few fresh mint leaves into a blender.

Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender for a colder smoothie if desired.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender if necessary to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.

Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more honey, milk, or ice cubes if desired.

Once you've reached your desired consistency, pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with additional fresh mint leaves.
