WHY ORGANIC

When you choose organic food and drink you choose products that promote a better world. Organic means working with nature. It means lower levels of pesticides, no manufactured herbicides or artificial fertilisers, higher levels of animal welfare and the more environmentally sustainable management of the land and natural environment, which means more wildlife.

‘There’s nothing new or modish about organics - until 1950s, all the food we ate was organically produced. It’s organic food that should be considered “normal”, not the upstart, factory-farmed, agrochemical stuff...’
