Preferred method of cooking.
Add 80g of oats and approximately 440ml
of milk or cold water into a saucepan. Bring
to the boil and cook briskly for 3-4 minutes,
stirring all the time. Continue to cook for a further
2-3 minutes for a softer consistency if preferable.
The cooking time will be reduced if oats
are soaked overnight.
Serves 1 x 40g
We recommend that you use a deep bowl and
allow over an inch at the top of the bowl for the
oats to expand. Add 40g of oats and approximately
220ml of milk or cold water in a deep bowl. Do not
cover. Microwave on high for 3-4minutes. Cooking
times vary according to microwave wattage. Leave
to stand for 1 minute, stir briskly and serve.
Store in a cool dry place.
